Method
- Boil the kidney
beans and the two dals with water, cinnamon stick and salt
- Saute garlic in
oil till light brown, then add onion and ginger and fry till golden
brown. Add the dry spices and cook till brown.
- Add tomatoes to
the above ingredients and cook for 10-15 minutes.
- Add the boiled
dals to it and cook for another 10 minutes.
- Add coriander leaves
and mix. Add cream (optional) before serving.
- Garnish with coriander
leaves.
