Channa Chaat
 

Ingredients

  • 1 can garbanzo chick peas
  • 1/2 cup tamarind chutney
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 3/4 cup cumin powder
  • 1/4 t red chilli powder
  • 1 t chaat masala salt to taste
  • 1/4 t sugar
  • 1 potato boiled and chopped
  • 6 crushed puns
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 1/2 green chilli chopped few whole puris
  • 2 T coriander leaves chopped for garnishing
 


Method

  1. Drain water from chick peas. Dilute yogurt with a little water and add the rest of the ingredients except the last two.
  2. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with puris.
