Method
- For the dough,
mix all the ingredients and shape into a ball. Wrap in a foil and refrigerate
for an hour.
- For the filling,
melt butter and fry onion; when soft add the rest of the ingredients.
Cook for a few minutes and leave to cool.
- Roll out dough
and cut into 7 cm circles. Fill half the circle with a little filling.
Fold like a curry puff and seal well. Place on a greased tray, brush
with milk and bake in hot oven till golden brown.
