Method
- Heat milk and
water; just before it starts boiling add in the semolina, cheese, butter
and seasonings. Keep aside.
- For tomato sauce,
scalid, peel and chop tomatoes.
- Fry garlic in oil,
add the tomatoes. When cooked mash tomatoes well. Add in the rest of
the ingredients.
- Layer a baking
dish with tomato sauce, followed by semolina layer and top up again
with the tomato sauce.
- Sprinkle cheese
and oregano, bake in moderate oven for 20 minutes and serve with herb
bread.
