Chocolate Fondue
 

Ingredients

  • Sauce
  • 4 T butter
  • ¾ cup heavy cream
  • 5 cubes unsweetened chocolate
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • ¾ t chopped walnuts pinch of salt

  • Accompaniments
  • ¼ papaya
  • 2 bananas
  • 1 apple
  • 8 strawberries
  • 10 marshmallows
  • 2 slices pound cake
 


Method

  1. Melt butter in a saucepan and add the chocolate, stir till melted.
  2. Add in the sugar and cook till the sugar is dissolved
  3. Now, add the cream and salt. Sprinkle chopped walnuts and serve hot
  4. Cut the fruits and cake into 1 ½ inch cubes
  5. To serve, arrange fruits, marshmellows and cake on a platter. Fork the food and dip in chocolate fondue.
