Method
- Marinate spring
onion with sesame oil, white pepper and salt. Keep aside.
- Knead flour with
hot water. After a few minutes add in the cold water and knead well.
Keep aside for an hour.
- Divide dough into
4-6 portions. Roll out each portion very thin approximately 6
rounds.
- Sprinkle spring
onion evenly on each round to cover the whole area. Roll up like a mat
and then take one end and roll in like a pin wheel. Flatten slightly
and deep fry or shallow fry till golden brown.
