Blueberry Cheese cake
 

Ingredients

  • 1 packet cream cheese
  • 1 can condensed milk juice of 1 extra large yellow lemon
  • 1 can blueberries sponge cake for the base

 

 


Method

  1. Mix cream cheese and milk in cake mixer.
  2. Gradually add in lemon juice according to taste
  3. Layer the base of a dish with slices of sponge cake to cover the whole area. Pour this mixture
    on top and put in the refrigerator to set for an hour.
  4. Strain the blueberries, throw away syrup and top cheese cake with it. Cover with gladwrap
    and put back in the fridge till required.
