Method
- Mix cream cheese
and milk in cake mixer.
- Gradually add in
lemon juice according to taste
- Layer the base
of a dish with slices of sponge cake to cover the whole area. Pour this
mixture
on top and put in the refrigerator to set for an hour.
- Strain the blueberries,
throw away syrup and top cheese cake with it. Cover with gladwrap
and put back in the fridge till required.
